How long does the biometrics letter take to receive after the NOA?

It seems as though the biometrics appointment is booked exactly 1month after the physical filing date (based on looking at timelines). It's been 28 days since I filed and 14 days since I received NOA.

Any idea when the biometrics letter will come?

And is the EAD processed within 90 days since filing or since NOA received?

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

How long does the biometrics letter take to receive after the NOA?

Took us about a week. But we are on opposite sides of the country so it could be different.

10/10/14 - Package delivered and signed for (Day 3)
10/16/14 - Acceptance confirmation text messages/emails received (Day 10)
10/20/14 - Hardcopy NOA's for all forms (Day 14)
10/23/14 - Biometrics letter received in the mail - Appointment November 5 (Day 17)
11/05/14 - Biometrics done! (Day 30)
02/05/15 - EAD/AP Approved/ Card in Production

02/13/15 - EAD/AP Combo Received

08/07/15 - Interview notice was mailed to me (interview set for 9/10)

08/10/15 - Interview notice in mail (interview set for 7:00 am)

i am tired of checking the mail box.

but i think that maryland has a lag in processing...

i submitted my documets late october and i have not heard a word from the immigration office.

its becoming worrysome.

What part of MD do you live in? We live in Oxon Hill and filed on Oct. 24, and already gotten our 3 NOA's and did Biometrics appointment yesterday in Alexandria, VA, now just waiting for the next step.

Hello Everyone.

We filed October 1st, Biometrics was October 15th. I've been checking our online case status and it still has not been updated from the initial 'case accepted'

Anyone else having this issue?

Our NOA date is also 10/01/14, biometrics completed on 10/20/14. Our case status on the new USCIS page shows "fingerprint fee was received" on the old USCIS site it showed the case accepted status.

08/15/14: POE Chicago, Illinois

09/22/14: Wedding

09/25/14: AOS, EAD, and AP mailed

09/29/14: AOS, EAD, AP Received

10/01/14: NOAs text/ email received

10/02/14: Check cashed

10/06/14: NOAs hard copies received in mail

10/10/14: Biometrics appointment letter received in mail (appointment date 10/20/14)

10/20/14: Biometrics completed

Guys I have been following this thread for some time, so I guess I will join in to put my timelines.

10/13/14- Sent I-485 Package to Chicago lockbox(Ups Next day)

10/16/14- Check Cashed

10/17/14 -Received NOA's Text

10/22/14- Received Hard Copies in the mail

10/24/14- Received Biometrics letter for Nov 7th 2014

11/07-14- Biometrics Completed.

Currently the status show, "Your Fingerprint fee was received" . Some people are moving to testing and interview within a week or two of the biometrics and for some its taking longer. I had talked to a lawyer before sending in the packet and he said Dallas filed office is taking anywhere from 6-9 months for interview. So I for one, am here for the long haul lol

Sorry to hear that. Looks like late October filers are the ones having delays with their biometrics letter. Or it could also be what side of the country you are in.

i stay over at annapolis. so maybe thats why its longer..

they asked you to go file in virginia cause you closer and there is too much load on them over here...

Same here, hoping it will arrive soon. Does anyone know. If the EAD issued in 90 days is from. The NOA date or the date of Filing?
