I wonder if the "90 days" until EAD/AP start on received or noa1 date?

Same here I received all 3 hard copies today dated 10/21/14

Have either of you received a biometrics appointment letter yet?

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

i am tired of checking the mail box.

but i think that maryland has a lag in processing...

i submitted my documets late october and i have not heard a word from the immigration office.

its becoming worrysome.

i am tired of checking the mail box.

i submitted my documets late october and i have not heard a word from the immigration office.

its becoming worrysome.

It took several of us 3-4 weeks before we heard anything. Just hang tight until 30 days then call them. I'm sure you will hear something soon, it seems to take them a long time to send out NOA1 notifications.

Have either of you received a biometrics appointment letter yet?

Haven't received anything yet for my biometrics. Today is the one week mark that I received the hard copies NOA1. Hopefully today or tommorrow I'll receive my appointment althought I'll try to do an early walk-in at the ASC in Elizabeth, NJ.

We filed October 1st, Biometrics was October 15th. I've been checking our online case status and it still has not been updated from the initial 'case accepted'

Anyone else having this issue?

So President Obama is going to announce tomorrow on prime time his plans on signing an Execative Order for almost 3.5 million illegals that will qualify under his order. Hopefully this doesn't slow up our cases for us who went through proper channels to come here.

Could this be the reason we're seeing a major slow down with USCIS? Especially with NOA1

Hopefully? Not only is this action unconstitutional, it will be tragic for us and tragic for America. To undermine the rule of law is dictatorial. We have all waited our turn, patiently frustrated. I have been in this process with my spouse for over a year. Our i-130 took 6 months to adjudicate,

while the never-ending NVC process was and still is impossible. Why? Because an understaffed USCIS cannot deal with the DACA infusion. How can an officer review forms and do background checks on people who have fundamentally broken the laws of the U.S. of A.

So not a major slow down... an implosion of the immigration system. Let's hope we can avoid the mayhem!

10/10/14 - Package delivered and signed for (Day 3)
10/16/14 - Acceptance confirmation text messages/emails received (Day 10)
10/20/14 - Hardcopy NOA's for all forms (Day 14)
10/23/14 - Biometrics letter received in the mail - Appointment November 5 (Day 17)
11/05/14 - Biometrics done! (Day 30)
02/05/15 - EAD/AP Approved/ Card in Production

02/13/15 - EAD/AP Combo Received

08/07/15 - Interview notice was mailed to me (interview set for 9/10)

08/10/15 - Interview notice in mail (interview set for 7:00 am)

9/10/15 - Interview

9/10/15 - Card in Production email notice.

9/12/15: Texts and emails i-485 and i-130 approved on 9/10 and welcome notice sent

9/15/15 : Received Text and email update that card had been mailed 9/15. (No tracking)
9/16/15 : Received Text and email update that the card has been delivered (Tracking).

9/17/15 : Green Card received!

6/13/17 : Mailed I-751.

6/16/17: I-751 delivered.

6/22/17: Received NOA 1 in Mail (dated 6/16/17).

7/20/17: biometrics done.

9/10/18: Approval letter received. 

9/13/18: Picked up card from Post office.

We filed our documents on 10/31/14 and got our txts on 11/7/14. We have yet to get our NOA1 documents or biometrics in the mail yet. I hope we get them in a couple of days.

i got my email notification last night. hopefully i get hard copies soon.

Nope I have not yet to receive them. I hope to get them any day now.

Ours hasn't changed either. I wouldn't worry too much about it, the website is notoriously unreliable as it is, and with the new face lift it's sporadic.

We had biometrics done Nov 5 and we haven't had any movement. If August and September filers' cases are any indication of how it will go looks like it's normal not to hear back for a while.
