DNA test completed

Completed DNA testing process June/July 2014. Verified embassy has results in August.Priority date eligible for Sept. (again) waiting for embassy to move forward. No contact from embassy! Made contact twice in Sept/Oct and all they can do is email the case officer. Medical will expire in Nov. the embassy has not requested passport yet so I'm expecting to get screwed financially again! DNA cost, second medical, immigration fee.. I just wish they would follow some protocol? Seems like they are making it up as they go along? I'm lost for words/ideas? What should be next step? Wait for the incompetence to get around to doing thier job?!

Hi there,went through DNA too,USEM requested it Sept.5, DNA done last Sept.30 lab results will be this week..But before that Sept 29 status changed to READY until now it says READY no change with the date.. did you check your CEAC status? or have tried to call USEM?

CEAC Status? is that the website for visa where you enter your MNL number in the case status check? it has always said under "administrative processing". I think that is the black hole of when we get around to it? I do not know if "ready" is better or not, but I think it is. The embassy has had the DNA results since june. The priority date is before the cutoff date since august. I have called many times but that seems useless! you will never get to speak with someone about facts you only get their opinion. Both times I spoke with a woman who said if the case doesn't move forward soon the medical will expire. I felt like screaming! why do you think i'm calling , I know that!! Personally I think it is done purposely to force another medical along with the associated fees! I'm lost and not sure if there is anything to do at this point??

yes CEAC status,, have you tried to email them at IVManila? I don't think you will undergo medicals again..some cases here got their visas before medicals expire, call them every Wednesdays and Fridays between 2-4PM..take note of the dates at CEAC too if your case had been touched cause I believe that after AP status it will change into READY then ISSUED..Have more Patience..Good luck..hope you will have your visa soon..
