Hi Guys - I check on my status and the "last updated" date is for today. Does this count as a touch?!?!

It concerns me because of the * below.

* Note on "Last Updated" date:

Your case may have a new "Last Updated" date and you may receive an Email Notification of your case being updated, without the status of the case changing. This is due to internal USCIS processing being performed on your Case. This will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date, but may not result in a different status message.

February 8, 2007 - Arrives at NVC

February 12, 2007 - Arrives at Consultate in HCMC

February 28, 2007 - Consulate sends out Packet 3

May 11, 2007 - Packet 3 recieved by Consulate

Yep... if the 'last updated' date has changed, but the case status itself (when you click on the WAC- number) hasn't changed... that's a touch. Fingers crossed that it's the 'we are approving your petition right at this very minute' kind of touch.... in our case, we got our first touch sometime between 3pm and 8pm EST, then the next morning I woke to the approval email which had been sent at around 1:30am EST. So... hopefully the same thing's about to happen to you! :)

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

I agree, mine was touched after a hundred days, then i got the email(noa2) from chris at uscis, good luck :thumbs:
