I really hope so! U know what? I'm not on the "k1 game" anymore. I'm married I'm happy with my husband! We forgot everything that happened to us while we were waiting for a year to get the visa. And how terrible they were on the embassy and the racial discrimination and everything.

But out there are so many couples that are truly in love! They are waiting for the visa and worry and cry .... And they have to wait a year just because people like Mohamed exist! it's unfair for true love! I hope he ll get denied!! From the bottom of my heart!!!

But, most likely scenario is that he applies as an abuse victim and gets fast tracked for full citizenship (and don't even get me started on the people who falsely claim abuse for legal or other purposes. There is a special place in hell for them. Seriously.)

I'm not sure exactly how it works and maybe fast track to full citizenship is a little over the top but yes, there are provisions for abuse victims that waive restrictions and/or are different classes of visas altogether. I would not be surprised if that's what the order of protection against Danielle's son is all about (although, honestly, it could be legit. I just have a really low opinion of everyone in this situation). Cheaters know how to cheat the system.
