Funny how he "attacks" Islam with people who have no affiliation with the religion whatsoever. Why are you debating a religion with someone who's not a Muslim?

I will never understand non Muslims (esp Christians) crtiquing Islam and trying to impose the "right" standards or ideology.

I can't wait till Bill Maher talks about anything else for five seconds and conservatives can go back to hating him.

I have posted several things here Bill has said that I totally agree with. He has a strong Libertarian streak in him. What he and Sam siad about Islam was spot on.

We are ok with criticizing Christianity openly when it does stupid stuff, but liberals will not use the same yard stick to measure Islam.

Just for the record, and you know this, I am just as critical of absurd Christians as I am absurd Muslims. When I say the Catholic church has a real issue with pedophiles and covering up priest abuse, I am not condemning every catholic in the world.

When I say Islam has a real issue with it's treatment of women, homosexuals, and it's radical faction I am not condemning all Muslims, but you can't bury your head in the sand and say it is not out there, anymore than you can realistically claim the Southern Baptist do not have an issue with Bigotry against gays.
