Not sure yet, I stopped for quite a while after our AOS was approved, then started back up a few months before the I-751 was due. That'll probably not be adjudicated until May, and then after that he's eligible for citizenship in October. I think I'll probably leave altogether once the N-400 stuff is all done.

I appreciate all the help from the seasoned VJers who stick around to help others and keep up-to-date with immigration issues. If not for their combined experiences we'd all be lost in a shuffle of paperwork and waiting and misinformation from USCIS.

So I'll probably stick around and answer questions where I can. It's an overwhelming process and I can't imagine how I would have dealt with this all if not for this site and its members who take the time to help answer questions.

I think we will stick around. So many people have contributed much to make this site what it is today. I’d like to help others as I’ve been helped (pass along the good deeds).

The visa process appeared to be a huge obstacle at first. This site calmed our nerves, provided great input, and showed there were others going through the same process.

IMO I think it is very helpful for Veterens of this forum to check in every now and then to help those new to this process.

I would have been lost had it not been for those who had been through the whole experience, share their wisdom, advice and

overall support.

My way of giving back to those who helped us is to Pay it forward to those you need help from my experience.

I totally agree that I want to try to help other people dealing with immigration, VJ has been a huge help to me And it has given me something to distract myself until my husband gets here

I will most likely stay around until after my own Naturalization process is over and probably until my daughter's Naturalization process is over. I am just now in the Removal of Conditions process, and my K-2 daughter has had her GC for 1 year, so we still have Removal of Conditions for her (in 1 year) and Naturalization for her (in 4 years).

I am finding that things have changed quite a bit over the years, and sometimes I am unable to answer questions from other VJ members because certain requirements didn't apply when I was going through the various processes.

I have been a member since 2004, and am not a USC myself, as is my daughter. I still try and offer assistance to anyone I can, but these days I seem to be contacted more by PM or e-mail than anything else.

Our case is one of the rare ones - but not for much longer if the processing delays continue to grow. I look on here now purely to see if anyone is going through the same thing as us, or if anyone can offer any assistance because they know something we don't about the situation we are in - maybe something we've missed.

Once my son's case is finally dealt (whichever way it goes) I never want anything more to do with immigration matters.
