Sept to Nov 14 removal of condition filers

Any Nov 14 filers for removal of condition? I am in Atlanta. Just looking to see what is the waiting period for 10 year card.

My earliest filing date is Nov 8, 2014

We are also front loading. My attorney said you might still get a request for evidence. we are sending out roughly 40 different items showing joint names etc.

My date is also Nov 8th. Vermont Cntr.

Any idea on the turn around time in this cntr?

Pretty good! Just bought our first house together. I'm honestly pretty worried about ROC but hubs doesn't seem to be. I'll be back in the ROC forum in March.

That's great news Congrats! Don't worry about the ROC process as we have done the hardest part already..you waiting for your spousal visa and me waiting for my K1. I figure if I don't have my 10yr green card by next year that I am going to apply for citizenship when I am able to (3YR based on K1 marriage).

Not sure but best to check the time lines. That is so funny that we are going to be submitting our nxt package on the same date. I was going to send the same thing. I am not going to worry about what I send. We have been together for almost 7 years and got married in 2012 so I don't think that we are going to have an issue with any RFE's and if we do oh well.. we will deal with it when the time comes.

yeah. The way I am looking it is if they take till next year, we will be ready to file N 400. At that point they will be forced to make a decision.

If I apply for citizenship it'll be at 5 years. I don't want to send anymore relationship evidence to the USCIS after ROC if I can help it! LOL

We had forgotten about collecting stuff all along. just living life basically. Its just so happened that we have enough. Who would collect boarding passes etc. Thanks to gmail where you don't have to delete anything.

I have kept records of everything since we have gotten married. I cannot wait for the day that I become a citizen so that I can have a huge burn party with all of my paperwork once that happens.
