My wife took her medical exam at the end of July and had to do the sputum, we got the results this week and they were negative. Looking back I see that was not the smartest thing to do. We did not have a case complete at that time she did here medical. This was right before the whole 60 days to review came about and I really thought we would be through this whole process by now. Plus I got a checklist on my AOS which has pushed the case out longer. Evrything is in now and we hope to have a case complete by the end of October.

So here is the problem. Here medical exspires December 25th. Even if she gets a early December interview I don't know if she would get her passport back in time to travel. At this point I don't know what to do? Does anyone have any experience with haveing to retake the medical exam? Or any suggestions what we need to do now?
