They are randomly approving September and November currently.

Interested to see what the normal processing update will look like considering how all over the map they've been lately.

At least the last few days have had a higher September Ratio to November. Also, I saw someone speculating that maybe October cases had been transferred since none have been approved recently. Who knows though with TSC.

All I know that at least those 2 days had more approvals then I have seen in whole weeks recently, hopefully that will continue!

I personally think it's an ploy to try to fudge the processing date numbers for management.

No, it doesn't explain that, just why we haven't seen any October in the mix. Everything is just speculation, but it probably has something to do with the way the files are batched out, or maybe those files were given to workers who don't have 1,000 other cases to deal with, or the they may be trying to show a lot of cases processed, without advancing the "official" date too far into September. No one will ever really know the exact reason. Same reason some September files started to be approved before August was finished, etc.

So based on the K1 Immigration timelines that have been created over the past week ... it appears that all of them have been routed to California. I am considering re-filing my entire packet because I think there is a good chance that a packet submitted to CSC this week will be approved before a packet submitted to TSC 7 months ago. Especially considering I suspect I will get an RFE on the TSC packet due to a missing statement of intent.

I am considering re-filing my entire packet because I think there is a good chance that a packet submitted to CSC this week will be approved before a packet submitted to TSC 7 months ago. Especially considering I suspect I will get an RFE on the TSC packet due to a missing statement of intent.

You might be breaking some rules that could impact things negatively by having more than one application out there. The newest application might take precedence. Which means, if you submit it, you get unlucky that it ends up at TSC anyways, you've just blown 7 more months.

I've waited 7 months, another month (likely much less) isn't going to kill me.

If you *are* considering going that route, I'd highly suggest talking to a lawyer to see how that might affect your application.

Reportedly. Ethline has said that this is what happened to her. I'm gonna be up talking with Elena at that time, well usually I'm up then, so we'll see. Not counting on it, but it would be a nice surprise. LOL
