heeeyyyyyyy guys. I've risen from the dead :D

Yeah babe and I said we don't care to much to live in Germany and we wanna go home. LOL. 193 days. :P

Having him here with me... makes this process so much easier.

ps. is anyone else having problems loading the USCIS website thing?

Welcome back! So are you both in Germany now? Are you heading back to live in Austin? I think that was your other option?

I'm not having issues with the uscis site but I've seen a couple other people here say they are.

Well there is nothing to collect for the NOA2. That is simply a letter (and email/text if you included the G-1145) that notifies you that your petition is approved. Note that there is a distinction between your petition being approved and your fiance (K1) visa being approved. The first is done by the service center and the second is done by the consulate/embassy. The documents that you'll gather now are for the interview. There is some variance depending on the consulate/embassy in question, but there are some common elements too, such as the medical and the I-134, along with proof that you and your fiance have maintained your on-going relationship.

What are you confused about in particular?

I-134 has to get done by my fiancé right, cause he's in the Military does he need it nevertheless ? well eh are what's app screens, and FaceTime screens good enough? I also will go for a visit at the end of June ..finally seeing his family again *_*

Well there is some confusion here regarding who is who. Are you the beneficiary (the person for whom the petition was filed)? In the context of the I-129F there are two people, the US citizen who files (the petitioner) and the foreign national for whom the petition is filed (the beneficiary). The petitioner will complete the I-134, yes. Military or not-military won't matter. The beneficiary will need to have a medical exam completed. If the beneficiary has access to their immunization history, get that sometime before the medical exam. Note that the medical cannot be completed until a case number is assigned. And a case number won't be assigned until your petition reaches the NVC. And that won't happen until after it is approved in the service center (and you receive your NOA2). In addition, the beneficiary should also obtain a copy of their police record prior to the interview. And make certain that the validity period of the police record will include your interview date. It wouldn't be good to show up at the interview with an expired police record. In the case of Russia for example, the validity period is one year.

WLC number? Do you mean WAC number? If that is really WAC number, then that means that the petition was routed to the California Service Center. It is your petition number. Also known as your receipt number. Your case number is needed for the DS-160 yeah, but also for the medical exam. Again, the beneficiary should secure their immunization records sometime prior to the medical.

FYI, if your petition is in the California service center (CSC) and your fiance (petitioner) filed in March I'd suggest that you look at this thread:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/539166-march-2015-k-1-filers/

On VJ folk hang out in a thread based on their month of filing and based on which service center their petition is routed to. You can browse and post in whatever threads, sure, I'm just saying that in this other thread you'll find folk who are in your same boat.

If you got the WLC number from the NVC, it's an embassy code.

I'm so confused about your case haha. The petitioner is in NYC but according to your timeline you got transferred to California Service Center. Is this correct? Or is the petitioner from the west coast and was sent straight to the CSC? If your case number starts with WAC it's a califronia case, if it starts with SRC it was sent to texas. Either way! You don't have to fill anything out while you wait for NOA2. Once the embassy has received your case, you will be asked to fill out the DS form, and the petitioner will have to fill out the Affidavit of support, I-134.

Something isn't right here.

Does your case number start with wac or src?

What is your noa1 date?

What is your noa2 date?

Uscis did announce a transfer of i-129fs but it won't be all petitions and virtually nobody actually know yet if they are being transferred or not.
