Well this is a terrible situation. How is that possible to approve one petition that was filed In March 02, 2015 , ? this petition was approved after 19 days at TSC. I'm just thinking that racism , favoritism, and nepotism are involved in the process.

September filers are stuck at TSC while March filers are being approved.

Thank you Tsc and USCIS. This is a true example of good bureaucracy and human rights.

That was actually a CSC one that the person put the wrong service center if you look at it they are in Colorado and put down that they were transferred when they were really routed there to start with. Its still unfair that CSC is processing so fast and people filing months after us our being approved but it wasnt really a TSC approval.

Philippines is still getting expedited.

It is not Philippines. I have seen petitions from Europe and Mexico approved by TSC. Go check the processing times and you see the timelines

How can you explain to me that non expedited petitions are being approved in less than 30 days by TSC ?

As mentioned above, then it's probably just an incorrectly filled out timeline where they filled out TSC instead of CSC. But like I've also said before....what are you gonna do? Nothing to be done, so I'm trying really hard to brush it off.

Nothing can be done by me bro. But I must say that some people are not important than the others. We are all equal before the laws and we all deserve a fair treatment . It is very frustrating when you seen the way they handle petitions. Each of us needs his or her love ones to be here as early as possible. Why some need their love ones earlier than the others?

Unfortunately people fill timelines out incorrectly. Remember we all send our petitions to the Dallas Lockbox. People tend to think that that is the TSC, when it is not. They never bother to change that they were then routed to CSC.

I can assure you, that no person truly at TSC is being approved in less than 30 days. Even Philippine expedites are waiting there far longer than they would at CSC.

Just wait until the transfers start being approved and many don't update their service Center on their timelines. Then the visa journey estimates get interesting. There was a time when our estimated approval date was September 2014, courtesy of timeline chaos.

I don't really pay attention to the timelines anyways. They are fairly useless for a few reasons, one of them being that.

I don't even bother looking anymore.

Yeah babe and I said we don't care to much to live in Germany and we wanna go home. LOL. 193 days.


Having him here with me... makes this process so much easier.

ps. is anyone else having problems loading the USCIS website thing?
