The USCIS person we spoke to (who for once was lovely) said it didn't look like we were transferred as expected.

Sorry, Sandra. However, as someone else pointed out, you are probably too close to approval for a transfer to be of benefit to you. You must be near to NOA2 by now. We'll watch for your name on that list of approvals.

I think for the most part September filers will not be part of the transfer samething happed with the transfers

in August. March filers were stuck waiting while those lucky few from April and May flew by them.

5/15/15 - Electronic version arrived at the embassy (2 days)

Yes I did my file is still at good ole TSC being used as a bookend. One suprising note I was given tbis is id hell if I know what I'm suppose to do with it. It's a new week lets all hope that work can be done on our files. This was one of the hardest weekend ever.

I don't write on her much but I thought I would let you all know that on March 30th, we were approved! This is especially exciting because after 7 months of living in the UK I am leaving tomorrow back to NY. Our NOA1 flip flopped around from September 17th to September 10th- so sometime around then

Still hoping for everyone else on here for their approvals!

Well this is a terrible situation. How is that possible to approve one petition that was filed In March 02, 2015 , ? this petition was approved after 19 days at TSC. I'm just thinking that racism , favoritism, and nepotism are involved in the process.

September filers are stuck at TSC while March filers are being approved.

Thank you Tsc and USCIS. This is a true example of good bureaucracy and human rights.
