Sorry guys at work. Main USCIS #, Tier 1, he said he can see the transfer but not to where. He said he knows nothing till system is updated but I confirmed 3 times that he did see transfer. Took me a sec to get him to understand. He wasn't the brightest but very nice, once he got me then he found it. Said at first officially it's 30-40 days till notice lol they suck but at least he found it.

well no transfer for me but than again I was expecting September filers to be part of that list. I am waiting for a call back from a tier2 officer so lets see what happens.

To be fair, the knowledge of knowing right this second if you were transfered or not doesn't change anything. You either were or weren't and nothing you can do about it. Honestly, I'd be a little concerned that the process would be extended after a transfer at this point.

That I agree with. Especially if it's a big chunk of petitions that will be transferred, might still take 1-2 months before CSC can get to them. I'm hoping to hear something within the next two weeks

True. Although we don't know what percentage of petitions are being transferred this round. When they did the August transfers, only a select number of April and May petitions were transferred. This may be the reason why those which did ship out to CSC were approved fairly quickly, some in a matter of a couple of weeks. The details of the transfers really should be public information. All this secrecy and the closed doors and mysterious operations in the dark are simply beyond my ability to comprehend.

To be fair, if you don't have anything more helpful to add, you can hit the little x at the top right of your browser and go to something more constructive. It's highly unlikely, with the speed at which CSC operates, and how the last transfer was handled, that it would actually EXTEND the process. Saying that only proves you're a daft person who thinks he knows it all.
