We're September filer. My fiance sent the petition September 9, 2014. we got our NOA1 September 12. Our petition was approved October 27, 45 days after the NOA1. I just finished my medical today and my interview is scheduled on December 1. :) We didn't expect to get approved that fast too.

Good luck to all everyone and I hope everyone gets their approval real soon! :)

Hey, I'm sure you'll get yours soon. We didn't know ours was already approved for few days before we checked it again. Just keep checking your status. Also, I think the timeline here are somewhat accurate. We even got it before the estimated dates here. I'm sure you'll get yours soon too. :)

Oh I'm sorry. We got our NOA2 too before they updated their website, we didn't experience the error thing. But I have read about people who experience the same thing too. Maybe it will be better to call them every week to check since their site is not working for you.

Congratulations! :)

Thank you! :) and to you too.

This is what I noticed too. It only took us 42 days from application date to Approval Notice (NOA2) and now im just waiting for my Case # to be sent to my embassy in Manila, considering that we sent ours to TSC.

Hi September filers, I am already waiting for my case # and according to some blogs, i can proceed with setting up my interview date and medical even without receiving the letter from the US Embassy yet. Is this true? If so, which number should I call and should I call the NVC or Manila embassy?

Response is most appreciated :)
