Thanks!!! You're really nice, well we got RFE today :( maybe cause we forget to include a one typed page explaining how we met, lol will update y'all once we get the mail for RFE.

Hi :) u're not alone :) we got RFE notice online last Nov. 5, then we got the hard copy on Nov. 11..Our RFE is, my Fiance forgot the "charges/conviction part" of his I-129F.. It's really stressful to keep on thinking what would be the caused :( my advice, just relax :) it will come next week :) I'll pray that your RFE is just an easy one :)

Hello September filers! We received our NOA2 11/12!! :luv:

42 days from NOA1

45 days from application date

We didn't expect that the response will be this soon and we were both so happy!!!!

We were both in shock that I had to refresh and log in thrice and made sure I'm entering the correct SRC number.

Contrary from what we heard from the recent K-1 filers about the cause of delay in decision, you can be sure that yours will be approved faster if you and your fiance completely organized the packet and included more than the required proof to justify that the beneficiary will not become a public charge once he/she enters the US and proof that the relationship is legit.

Now awaiting our case to be sent to NVC, then will be forwarded to Manila US embassy.

Keep praying and best of luck to ya'll! I'll keep you posted so you can have a good estimate of when you will receive yours :)

It feels great to be surprised, right? :) I hope more September filers will be approved soon.

We are September filers, beneficiary country Belarus. Just received a slew of mobile and email alerts. Signed into uscis.gov account and was amazed to see our case was now visible and updated. So for what its worth, and to whomever is tracking and calculating these updates....here you go. SRC1490428227 was by our guesstimations partially processed and now process suspended.

As for the RFE, the description seems very generic/nonspecific as to what information will be requested. Based on the SME experiance on VJ, what is typically requested? I thought we were very thorough and even provided information above and beyond what was requested. smh. As someone mentioned before, I reckon this is progress.

Request for Additional Evidence Notice Was Mailed

On November 19, 2014, we suspended processing of your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number SRC1490428227, because we need more information from you. Your notice explains what we need from you to resume working on your case. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your request for additional evidence notice by December 19, 2014, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
