I wouldn't go as far as throwing around terms like "guarantee", especially not with TSC where literally anything can happen. But lets hope you're right :)

Till now, only one RFE, today :(

for a very small sample size. hard to say where it's at. when things start picking up here we will be in the middle of it though!

They might even be working on them now. Background checks, etc. It could very well mean that paperwork lookover is done.

I calculate april 10th for our time, so you should get it at end of march/early april...

Both caseworkers I've been working with from the Senate said our application was going through security and being worked on a couple weeks ago, so I think you are right!

Area Offices Alexandria ASC Closed Baltimore, MD District & Field Offices and all 3 ASCs Closed Washington Field Office Closed Memphis, TN Field Office Closed Philadelphia, PA District & Field Offices Closed Nashville, TN Application Support Center Closed Louisville, KY Field Office & ASC Closed Oklahoma City, OK Field Office & ASC Closed Dallas District & Field Offices and ASCs Closed Texas Service Center Closed

It actually probably doesn't affect our process since it's likely in the background check phase (I should be finding out where it is any day). The background checks are contracted out, per my congressman's office, which means the USCIS offices closing doesn't necessarily mean there is going to be no progress.
