I don't even know how to start off I feel so frustrated. This process is not for the weak at heart. I knew when started my journey that it was not going to be easy but I had no idea that TSC was going to basically hijack my life and leave me feeling broken and defeated. When I first started out trying to decide whether to get married and file cr1 or do the K1 process all the data I found pointed out that the K1 was definitely much faster. I took two months to do all my research and gather all my documents.(wishing I would have filed in July)Looking at current data it's taking about 7 months to get an approval then another 3 to get an interview how is this faster. Not to mention we will have to go through this again filing and waiting for AOS. I feel like this is torture. I pray for all of us so we can be with our love ones soon. I've never founght this hard in my life for a relationship.

I could have written this myself. It pretty much sums it up.

Guys.. I've been fighting with immigration for the past 2 years, and while this is damn hard, this was by far the easiest thing I've done yet. American immigration is hell on earth.

It's not the immigration process, the waiting or the paperwork that is the issue. It's being apart.

I know I'm aware of that lol. I'm just saying like at this point, this is going to be the beginning of a new chapter for me. I mean I'm lucky that I got to spend the most part of my life with my family and my boyfriend, but when I literally got ripped apart from everything I knew in life, my family, my fiancé, my friends, my school, everything.. And then had to live in a country I've only ever visited 3 times in my life completely alone.. I was completely heart broken. I literally fell into depression. After two years of constant fighting, I kind of get to take this as a vacation... A very long.. Annoying vacation LOL!! I just meant to say that immigration as a whole is craaaazyyy hard.. And also heart breaking. I remember when I first got banned from America my mom and I were begging the officer to please just look at our papers and he'll realize that he was wrong, and we were crying and begging him.. And literally looked at us and laughed. I'm pretty sure I'm scarred for life with embassies and stuff -_-;

Me and my fiance are going to hit five months processing time of our K1 visa in just few days. I really hope we all here get accepted (tops) mid March!

Let's stay strong and patient because there's nothing else we can do.

7/26/16 - "Soft update" on I-765 and I-131 (case received, prior to that case numbers were invalid ), RFIE response received (change of case status)

So I just got a snail mail letter from my congressman Sarbanes. Basically he just said "Here is the response I got from USCIS" and closed my request.

What does the response say? Processing time is 5 months for ALL service centers. The processing times for CSC is obviously a lie...as well as the TSC (likely). I think the 5 months reply goes against what other people have received. Disappointed that he doesn't seem to care.

Thankfully Senator Mikulski has taken interest in the case and processing times.

Why don't we right a letter and add photographic evidence to bad up our statements.

If they don't care about the senators and congressmen, they certainly aren't going to care about a packet from 4 people.

I have never gotten any sort of satisfactory response from Sarbanes for anything.. but I'm very interested to know what results you get with Mikulski. She has always been very helpful and responsive in other matters. She's who I'll be writing to next.
