I didn't get a text on my phone yet, it's almost one month now after.

Should we call the NVC? What's the phone number?

John I don't know what stage in the process you're at since you haven't filled in a timeline. Have you been approved? Did you receive an NOA2 in the mail?

If it has been a month, since you have received some sort of approval, you probably should of called the NVC ages ago, the case could be at whichever embassy you are with already. The number is 603-334-0700. Open 7am-12am EST. Call right before they open and get in the queue. You'll be put on hold, that is if you get through. It is long distance. Once you have your case number from them put it into CEAC. https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx If it says READY, the embassy is ready and waiting for you to complete your medical, DS160, and any consulate specific forms.
