18 days away from 10 months and so very close to cancel our wedding plans.. Seeing the new processing date made me so pissed.
I just sent an email to the TSC follow up about the lack of answers to our inquiries so I guess we'll see. Not expecting anything helpful though. On the flip side, we're supposed to move in a week and an half, so I'm wondering if us having a new address would force them into opening our file.. I'm pretty much desperate now.

I did my waiting! 9 months of it.. IN TSC!

Wow. 10 months! That's beyond abhorrent. Sickening!

9/8/14 - I129F petition sent to the USCIS lockbox via USPS
9/11/14 - Petition received @ USCIS lockbox
9/11/14 - NOA1 Email and text message received
9/15/14 - NOA1 Official notice date
9/18/14 - NOA1 hard copy received
12/9/14 - "Updated" likely because of website repairs, like many of us received
4/20/15 - NOA2 text and email (221 days)

4/29/15 - Sent to the NVC (9 days)

5/8/15 - Arrived at the NVC (9 days)

5/13/15 - Left the NVC (5 days)

5/15/15 - Electronic version arrived at the embassy (2 days)

5/20/15 - Paper copy arrived at the embassy (7 days)

6/4/15 - Status changed to AP (which meant that we could schedule the interview)

6/16/15 - Medical

6/17/15 - K1 APPROVED!!!!

6/30/15 - Passport and sealed envelope delivered via courier

i am a september 24 th filer who got approved on april 15. since then i was interviewed on june 9 - but then the worldwide systems failure happened immediately. so im stuck, with the approval for the visa itself, without a passport, waiting for the system to get fixed.

im truly, truly sorry for those who are still waiting on their petition approval ... i really feel you.

but is there anyone going through some more problems with the visa backlog like me ?

Yep, that is exactly where I am right now. Visa approved, but still in AP status waiting for the issuance to occur.

9/8/14 - I129F petition sent to the USCIS lockbox via USPS

[ February 2012 ] Finally admitted our true feelings after years of staying hush hush!

[ March 22, 2012 ] Made things official!

[ April 13, 2012 ] Met for the first time in real life and fell in love!

[ July 8, 2014 ] Got engaged!

[ September 10, 2014 ] Filled out paper work

[ September 19, 2014 ] Receipt Date

[ September 23, 2014 ] NOA1

And after 246 hellish days (8+ months) of being trapped in TSC purgatory....

Pati that is so incredibly amazing!!! Way overdue but so amazing :)

My heart skipped a beat.. no luck for us, but it gave me a bit of hope.. especially as Rich and I just talked about canceling our wedding plans. I'm so genuinely happy for you! Party tonight! :D
