That's the wrong date.

Look at the bottom at the "Field Office Processing Date". It's still showing March 31st.

This page hasn't been updated since March 31st.

This is not the case. There is about a 2 month delay with the updates.

Thanks, have not called NVC yet. I learnt calling will get the case number only.

1. What are the things I can do with the case number when the notice(packet) is not mailed yet from NVC? or

2. What are the things am suppose to be doing aside having the case number given yet?

Interesting Mewbear.

We are around the same date.

We are both New Yorker Petitioners.

We are both European Aplicants (Spain and France).

Maybe there's a pattern here?

I don't think it's a conspiracy against Europeans as much as a serious lack of work ethic and competence. The fact that my file hasn't even been assigned to an officer proves it's just sitting somewhere, and has been doing so for 9 months,

Sadly I agree with Mewbear. I'm a NY petitioner with a Eurpoean beneficiary. My NOA1 Was Sept 23, I received RFE on APril 30th and finally NOA 2 on May 19th. I just think its a serious, grossly disorganized mess down in TSC, which no one there cares to fix.

My hearts go out to everyone still waiting, and I pray daily that you will hear something.

Totaly agree.

I think that I-129F concern the petitionner mainly if Im not wrong.

when time came to apply for K1 (embassy interview) then the concern will be on the beneficiary

I just looked at it - looks like the updated the page (so now they can say they did an update on it), but not the actual info on it (the as of date)? Could have sworn it said March after the last update as well.

that´s just sad. Cant they move it a couple weeks at least?

Sorry, I'm a Feb. filer.

But, as us TSC folks know, we have nothing better to do than hang around here. =P

Seriously TSC, approve Sept. already. Beyond ridiculous now.
