Wow, above 260, incredible! I feel like saying "hang in there" but realize it might not exactly be helpful. How many days of RFE waiting do you have now?

265 here.. Rich called about our inquiry, they said to call back on 14th. So done.

If anybody has a sample letter they wrote to a congressman/senator/Ellen DeGeneres would you please send it to me on a private message? I'm desperate at that point..

I did my waiting! 9 months of it.. IN TSC!

Anybody else still waiting? House of Representatives has sent and received info. I have talked to a Tier 2 person.

They all say the same thing. It shows pending and they know nothing else. Apologies.

We are going to give this until August and then just give up.

My daughter misses me. I miss her.

My fiance as well.

I can understand 6 months or so.

We are going on 9 months now.

They actually told you to call back? What a bunch of #######. My fiancé just left today after visiting for a week and I really think you going to Rich will be nothing but good. Spending some quality time together really eases the process even though the goodbye sucks and will forever suck. I'm really hoping I get to see your name in the approved list tomorrow!

That is very true, the only thing that made the past week bearable is thinking I'll see him on Sunday :) I just wish I'd have something positive to tell everybody about our wedding :(

They sure did.. And when Rich asked why waiting until the 14th when we should have heard about the inquiry this past Friday, she said : "I don't know, call back on the 15th"

They know nothing, they're a joke.

NOA1 on 9/18 and still waiting. We filed an inquiry almost a month ago and it has never been assigned to any officer. We have to wait for 30 days to file another inquiry (Almost there, yay!). The customer representative said they must reply the second inquiry within 7 days. I hope that is true.

No specific form necessary to contact your elected reps. Find your senator and congressman's web sites, and on each web site there will be a link for "constituent services". Under that link they will have a form that needs to be filled for "help with a federal agency" (with USCIS being one of the most prominent choices). Fill petitioner's name and case number, and any other information they may ask about, sign the form and send back according to form instructions (my congressman's office accepted form image over the email, senator wanted snail mail).

Once you do that, also write an email to the constituent services (they will usually have an address listed on the same page). You can explain the situation in any way you'd like (probably worth staying civil :) ). No need to write anything special. it appears that all elected representatives are well aware of the situation at TSC. They do have a direct contact at TSC and at a very least they will forward your request there.

BTW, congressman's assistant wrote to me that they are also following up with NVC. Not sure what that would do, but I certainly appreciate their effort.

Thank you :) I made Rich mail the congressman and the senator.. poor dude, can't believe he isn't over my craziness yet

Not expecting much, but it makes me feel like we did something :)
