So any word from last night???

Nothing for me, even though they stated our service request reply should be expected by June 3rd.

They provided us with service request ID number but I don't see where I could put it to check what's up.

I have followed this thread for months and found comfort in our common anguish and anxiety. I do not remember exactly how many days but we were stuck at TSC for ages (8 months ?) , got a RFE, etc. finally we got to NVC . We planned for a long wait for the interview but it actually took 2 days from the time our status went to READY until we scheduled an intervie for next week. Santo Domingo is famous for its delays but now is moving very fast. I will not be able to be with my fiancé bc I must leave two days earlier but he is awesome and hope things will be fine proving that we are an actual couple.

The moral is do not despair, once you get out of TSC your luck may change. You may be able to meet deadlines. I was pessimistic and now I will have to pay airline fees for changing dates, I thought our interview woul be in August.

Good luck and best wishes to all who are still waiting.

12/9/14 - "Updated" likely because of website repairs, like many of us received
4/20/15 - NOA2 text and email (221 days)

4/29/15 - Sent to the NVC (9 days)

5/8/15 - Arrived at the NVC (9 days)

5/13/15 - Left the NVC (5 days)

5/15/15 - Electronic version arrived at the embassy (2 days)

Ugh that got my blood boiling.. these people do not realize the consequences of their (lack of) actions in the real world. F%ckers

I just wanted to pop in and let you guys know that I'm thinking about you all - every day. I'm still following this thread - I've just been a bit distracted. But I'm here, I'm watching, and my fingers are crossed for ALL of you September filers who remain. I can't get over how long it's taking to clear out September.

And Mewbear, I can't even believe the way USCIS treated Rich when he called. "Just wait another 30 days", because over 8 months isn't ludicrous enough! I mean, the fact that it's been over 8 months and that the USCIS filing time, even as per the Website, states that they are working on cases well after your file date and yours shows as not being opened or assigned yet...is freaking ridiculous. That would be cause for them to look into that, don't you think?

I just read Mewbear's post to my fiancé and his only response was "wow". He's not even that much into visa and wait talk but even that made him angry. This is truly making me angry. I'm so sorry Flo. I pray for you every day and every day I hope you get approved.

Thank you guys :) we're supposed to hear about our inquiry tomorrow, not holding my breath but we never know!

It's beyond me how they can treat people so bad though.

I read all your kind messages to Rich, and he said you are all invited to a beer and pizza party when we get our NOA2 :P

Thank you Elprofe, it personally made me feel slightly better. We're 3.5 months away from our wedding date, and I've been thinking more and more about postponing it.. which would be heartbreaking, so it gives me a bit of hope back. :)
