Thank you!! It is really disappointing to read some got rerouted to CSC and they already got their NOA2. I mean I am happy for them but hopefully ours will get approve soon. My fiancé will call them today. Will let ya'll know what will happen with the phone call.

You're welcome! There are some CSC October filers who already have their NOA2. I try not to compare and get disappointed (though it is hard sometimes ) so I don't feel sad while waiting. I hope they give you a clear answer and you don't need to worry anymore after that phone call.

Hello! Nothing really helpful with the phone call. They just told my fiancé what the USCIS says when you're checking your status online. Well, I am pretty sure that not all that filed at TSC is here in this visa journey site. So who knows those people are getting their approvals and we're next. I stopped reading thread from people who got their NOA2, less painful. Lol. We'll get ours soon before Christmas!!!!!!

We submit the K1 packet at Texas Lockbox last Sept. 19. My fiance received a text from USCIS that they got the documents last Sept. 25.. is that what you call the NOA1? and how would we know the service center who will process our papers?

That is the NOA1 yes. The first notice of approval just says 'Hi we received your petition and it has been routed'. Your fiance should have already received a physical letter by now - it's been a month. This letter will give you your case number.

If it begins with:

SRC = Texas Service Center

WAC = California Service Center

Your service center is determined by the state of residency of the petitioner. I see you listed San Francisco, California in your profile.. if that is correct, then you'd be routed to California Service Center.

We sent our 1-129F packet to Lewisville, TX Lockbox last September 05. We got a text confirming they have received it last September 18 but until now we haven't got the mail yet I-797C which I'm thinking the NOA1 Hope it will be delivered soon.

Well, after the NOA1 there aren't any instructions. They do send you a physical copy of the NOA1 to your home address though. You should have received that ages ago.

My NOA1 was Sept 26 and I got my letter the next week. Also crossing my fingers for the NOA2 soon. I go back to Vietnam for 1.5 weeks again Jan 14 and would really like to bring her back with me!

Did he include the G-1145 in the packet? If he did, he should have gotten a text.
