12/9/14 - "Updated" likely because of website repairs, like many of us received

When did TSC receive your RFE response in their system? My case was updated received on Friday May 8, and I was approved Tues May 19. Took 7 working days, so hopefully your wait is almost over :)

TSC received our response in their system on may 20. hope that we will have good news soon and all september fillers.

POE: October,5,2015

AOS/EAD/AP: October 29,2015

Hello, is there some septembers filers here? Its been 8 months now that we are waiting. I really thought that we get a text this week but its fine. I do not want to stress for this.

Questions:

- how long does it take for TSC to send after approval to NVC?

- how long does it take for NVC to proceed and then send the package to the embassy?

- how long does it take for the embassy to proceed approximately?

Thanks....

If next week I got a notice, maybe in August, we can plan for the wedding?
