I beyond understand the frustration of the long wait and it has been a real tough to see the discrepancy with the processing times. To rain on others parade or get upset because USCIS is screwed up is totally unfair. No one wants wait months on in to get approve. Congrats to everyone who's been approve and lets start holding USCIS accountable for their screw up. with that being said Happy Sunday everyone.

Yeah I'd have to agree. Msbau764 wasn't any raining on anyone's parade/approval. They were simply stating that the recommendation to call everyday was not accurate. Also that the approval was due to the Philippine factor. And they were correct. Calling everyday would do nothing to decrease the amount of processing time for our petitions. It's good that kdiperez got their approval, I'm sure we're all glad for them, but leave it at that. Don't make bad recommendations that won't have any effect.

Tell me about it!! I keep checking uscis everyday hoping i'd be one of the "lucky cases". Its the fact that this damn NOA2 takes so long to get, then NVC takes long to send the files, then we have to wait for all the stupid packets, then we have to wait for our appointment. Like wow. I'm going to grow a beard and set up my pension by the time i get to be with my fiancé.

Christmas day will make three months since they received our NOA1. USCIS is still processing June which they started since November and they are only up to mid June. If they keep up at this same pace I won't get an approval till the end of March or early April. With this new immigration mandate that will begin in February only god know what that will mean for us that are waiting.

Realistically, what are your realistic best case and worst case scenarios for getting your NOA2? I am hoping that my NOA2 comes anytime in February. The worst case scenario would be to receive it in March.

Best case scenario for me would be to get an approval earl February I am planning on visiting my love at end of Feb early March staying for three weeks would love to be able to fly back home with him. That would be the greatest gift of all.

I don't trust USCIS as far as I can throw them they have proven that everything that they do makes absolutely no sense at all. It would not surprise to see them leave dangling while they process these new cases.

I really hope that happens. Hopefully some of our applications are approved in early February. an unrealistic scenario to me would be approvals late January, but who knows what can happen.
