Cool! Praying for a quick turnaround for you. So what was the problem exactly? Something with the LOI?

Yeah, who knows with TSC. They just wanted more evidence of intent to marry, so we each wrote and signed a new letter of intent, and included some emails discussing wedding stuff, along with documentation of plans made since the initial filing.

Hopefully TSC will scan it in and flag it as "Received" on Monday.

Omg wow.. so that expediting thing that my lawyer sent out 5 days ago, I already got a reply. They're requesting a letter from the petitioner and his itinerary from when he flew into germany about three months ago.

Yea I think I can do nothing more than call them and wait.. I'm a very patient person but since I know about TSC my patience is really really being tested.

I will let you know when I get some news, thank you :)

Anyway, somebody can tell me what is the number to contact NVC about a K1 visa please ? And what is the best time to call them ? Thank you so much everyone !

What is two years requierement? you have to be together for 2 years or you met him between september 2012- september 2014. We sent the file in september 2014 and met while I was on vacation. Just asking. Thanks

You have to have met in person within the two years prior to filing the petition. No minimum requirement for knowing each other. :)
