Ours took 8 days from approval to being sent to NVC. Call NVC and ask. Just ignore the message about giving 35 days for it to arrive and thank them for their time. They have to tell you that, but they are really nice at the Visa Center.

The USCIS website seems to have had some 'dead days' with no updates and it may be that it hasn't been loaded into the system. Maybe it isn't sent, but it might be. It won't hurt to call.

Thank you wbeem !

Yes I will try to give them a call..

But I don't think it's the USCIS website.. I was getting worried because I'm following some cases before and after ours in the case tracker app and I have seen a case approved on April 28 getting sent to NVC this week so it seems that the updates are working.

But I also see that we are not alone and 2 cases approved on April 20 are still at TSC too.. Thats weird but I guess with TSC we never know when we hit the bottom.

My approval was 4/20 as well. On April 30th, I received a text and email stating that my petition had been sent to the NVC the day before, on April 29th. I could see this stats in the case tracker website too. Thus it was not 2 days nor 1 week for me but rather 9 mother-lovin days that it SAT in the friggin TSC before being shipped. I've seen reports of it not arriving to the NVC for as long as 2 weeks! I certainly hope it doesn't take that much time, but we'll see. Anyway, in your case the only thing you can do is to call the NVC as wbeem has mentioned or wait for the case status to be updated. Let us know what happens.

Congratulations to those approved, and continued prayers for those waiting.

Cool! Praying for a quick turnaround for you. So what was the problem exactly? Something with the LOI?

Yea I think I can do nothing more than call them and wait.. I'm a very patient person but since I know about TSC my patience is really really being tested.

I will let you know when I get some news, thank you :)

Anyway, somebody can tell me what is the number to contact NVC about a K1 visa please ? And what is the best time to call them ? Thank you so much everyone !
