Man TSC just goes from bad to worse. I am really not looking forward to next months approval update. At this rate, they may not move the processing date at all from Aug23rd or just do another BS 2 weeks forwarding...

230 days since we sent that stinking packet away, with tears and prayers.

225 days since we heard anything else about it.

Moved our wedding date back to the end of September. Hopefully that will be enough time.

On the positive side, I get to see my man in 30 days!

But why they do not check file by date. you are 15th, you should get your approval. Its unfair. I hate this system. At least, when you go to court is by order #######

There was another August approval yesterday. No RFE. This is at least the third one in the last two weeks over 250 days, without apparent reason. And of course Brett and Bell who waited 11 months!

However, these are exceptions to the current trend, not the norm, so try (hard as it is) not to cause you to panic.

I hear you! There were a number of occasions in the final weeks awaiting approval, where we questioned whether we had gone the right route with this, given that our objective was to spend as little time apart as possible. The CR1 route wouldn't have taken us any longer and it would have been cheaper. Our decision however, was also based on our wish not to have to be apart after we got married. Once we are through with this I don't think I ever want to think about it or discuss it again for a long time. There is no way to prepare for this kind of torture.
