Hoping my congressman's right saying I should be processed by the end of the week. I suspect he has some recourse if it's not since that's what they told him. Who really knows though.

If it helps, my Senator's office told me I'd be approved within 10 days and I was approved in that timeframe, and I've seen a couple other people with the same timeframe from an elected's office do that and be approved too

I can't believe it tonight I was finally approved. I've been pretty quiet just reading and following this thread, every night I'd read and follow up and pray that everyone here including myself would be approved soon. Tonight was my night and I hope that many many more will also be approved tonight. This hasn't been easy and reading this thread was really what helped me get through the nights. Thank you to everyone and good luck to everyone on their journey!

Congrats! We have the same NOA1 date. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to start feeling hopeful or if I'm supposed to start wondering if they've lost my file.

hello,yes we got RFE on April 9;we sent our RFE on April 21 and on April 24 after checking our status I saw that they received the RFE and said that we will receive the decision by june 23.what about you?

we did not receive yet the RFE but I was just wondering how long it will take them to respond. They receive our file on September 22 and so far nothing but some people got their aproval after. I am just wondering if they did not lose my file and I think it is not correct to approve without checking the order of reception. I dont know how they work but its not logic.?

Guys we got approved on the 04/27/2015!!!! The excitement was crazy we waited 208 days all thanks to God and My VJ family you guys are the best... praying on behalf of everyone still waiting soon by his grace

So if I'm looking at Igor's list correctly, everyone else on VJ with the same NOA1 date as me has either gotten an approval or an RFE. So that makes me feel fantastic

Completely understand that. We went through the same thing late last year.

Even as a TSC survivor, I can assure you, it's going to be a good while before I stop typing the letters "TSC" with my middle finger.

230 days since we sent that stinking packet away, with tears and prayers.
225 days since we heard anything else about it.

Moved our wedding date back to the end of September. Hopefully that will be enough time.

On the positive side, I get to see my man in 30 days!

We wanted to do things properly but the system is so slowww and does not take case in order which I think its unfair.

I feel like moving to the US and get married there without the fiance visa. ??

Why should we be in order if they dont... Kind of mad ????
