These are the actual processing dates I believe. Or at least what visajourney thinks (not sure which): http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/images/uscis_estimates.gif

Those are based on crowd sourced data, I'd take em with a grain of salt since they are dependent on people updating their profiles.

Lol I hear ya! My boyfriend and I decided to put up 5k for our wedding, and we're going to do a LOT of DIY and keep it small (immediate family, and lots of friends). In 2-3 years we'll have a more official wedding where we'd cater to the whole family :D I'm so anxious for our weddinggg!!

So going to have a Trini wedding? :D I want doubles.

I wouldn't pay too much attention to the progress reports as yet because the last time they actually updated the progress report was september 30th. They're too lazy to even update their own webpage -.- precisely 3 months too lazy.

Wha-? The date I saw said that the update was October 31st, and their processing date was May 6th.

Hmmmmm. Well whichever. It doesn't look good right now. And as a former federal employee I don't hold out much hope for stuff getting done by the end of the year.

Maybe things will pick up next year. Personally I still wish they'd do another transfer of I129Fs to the CSC, to include mine.

Well that's odd. I just got a million text notifications that my uscis case status was changed. So I got super excited.

It just shows that the case was received. Maybe this means that the site is finally going to work or that maybe my case got touched. Here is hoping. It *does* show that the last update was today however.

Boy was that a disappointment. I received a text today stating that my petition had been updated. So I logged in to check it out, knowing that it likely wasn't an approval. And much to my chagrin, it was only a notification that my petition was received on September 11th. It said further that if I didn't receive the hard copy by October 11th that I should contact them.

Sheesh. I received the hard copy only a few days later, around the 18th.

Come on TSC, get it together! Anyone else experienced this?

UPDATE: Ok several posts were made while I wad composing mine...I agree, it's kinda cruel, at least from our perspective. But hey, maybe there's traffic/action happening, so that's something. I suppose...
