Thanks wbeem. Doing ok really, just wished that I had news to pass on to Elena. Hell, even her friends and family are starting to ask what is going on with "the visa." That never used to happen. But with the pregnancy soon coming to full term, folk are becoming rather apprehensive. And I have nothing that I can share to ease their concerns.

Hoping you hear something sooner rather than later! I know what you mean, people ask me daily. And then I always have to explain that there's still more steps after this....this is not the visa issuance stage.

Hello everybody !

Just a question, am I the only one who have to access my USCIS account in spanish ? Once I'm logged in, they say " An error has occurred. Please contact technical support."

Don't ask me why but I discovered that when I click on the right top corner "Spanish", it works and I can access my account..

Anyone else have this curious problem ?!

you have to wait for the RFE to come through the mail. It will give you specific instructions as to what more you need to add or correct. There is nothing much to do now except wait.

MUCA: you each need to send a signed statement stating your intent to marry within 90 days on upon entry to the US with a K1 visa. You can find examples in the guides/examples section here. If you both did so already, do it again -- they may have lost them.

Muca, this is the easiest RFE in the book: you are supposed to submit written and signed statements for BOTH the petitioner and beneficary to marry. I am guessing you did not include those or they lost them. Just redo them (wet signature), send them and you are good to go.
