Good morning I've stayed away from this site and USCIS website after my visit to see my love I just wanted to live in the moment of the visit. My visit was great although way to short. Looking at the fact those that filed in June are still waiting my hope of us being approved by February is slowly diminishing. Congrats to those who've been approved happy for you guys I wouldn't want to wish this long torturous process on anyone.

I'm happy to hear that you spent some time with your fiancé during this shitty process. It's just so frustrating. But I hope that they will justify whatever they're trying to do or whatever process their doing.

Thank you yes I need that trip because quiet honestly I felt like I was on the verge of losing my mind. I think what's worst for me is people get approved in as little as a week and to see those that have waiting for six months. There's just no logic to their madness. Why not do another round transfer to CSC they obviously have no case load.

Exactly. Like what's the process really??? Or if they really have a system?? I just hate it.

I am a September filer as well. You and I should consider ourselves lucky (haha, I know) because we are able to visit our fiancee's in a moment's notice via airplane. Since this stupid process began I saw my fiancee in late August, filed in September, went back for a week late October, and am going back again at the end of December. Hopefully the next time I see her will be at the embassy in March, if things go according to plan.

The TSC blows.

Lucky for the two of you. There's no need to buy $$$$ expensive plane ticket. Hopefully we'll get approve before March.. There's still a chance of a miracle here. Lol

Hello everyone.

i have a question if you can visit your fianca and can enter the USA why are going through K1 visa just come here and get married i wish my fianca can get a visa i wont go through K1 process?

Yes she can enter in visit visa but changing to immigrant visa will be a difficult process, and some gets denied cause they'll say it's fraud. It's so hard to explain.

Hello everyone.

i have a question if you can visit your fianca and can enter the USA why are going through K1 visa just come here and get married i wish my fianca can get a visa i wont go through K1 process?

because it is fraud to travel to the United States with the intention of getting married in order to adjust one's status.

my fiance can't enter the USA by the way. I have been traveling to her country.

Although I've been lucky enough to visit my fiancé twice in Sept and Oct but that's costly traveling back and forth. I can visit my fiancé her can't come here and from what I've seen the cr1 process is a whole lot longer the K1 visa process. Regardless USCIS should be held accountable and have a set clear and open process for all applicant. I under they get a high amount of application at TSC I just feel like why have Florida and New York be part of the same service center that just seem absurd to me. I feel like I am being held hostage and punished for where I live.

Yeah it's pretty stressful guys. ? I'm so lucky I get to spend christmas with my fiancé, but I wish I could just fly back with him too. It's heart breaking. Everyday that passes I feel like the weight gets heavier and heavier. I don't understand how most of the Filipino September cases are already approved but they've barely dug into July. As much as I love holidays, I've come to dread them recently because I know that the offices are closed and there's no progression happening.

FYI, I just called USCIS (and got right through) to ask why I can't see my case status on the site.

They told me that they are still having problems and that they are "working around the clock" to get it fixed. They couldn't even provide me with a case status. They said once I am able to see it, then they are able to see it.

This isn't giving me much confidence in the system...

My fiancé might come here this Christmas time but spending more than $3000 bucks for plane ticket is not very helpful for us financially. And hey, I'm not one of those Filipinos that gets their approval fast. I feel for everyone here, I know what it feels like. I'm hoping for our miracle...

Considering you just got an RFE, I guarantee you that you will be the only person getting their NOA2 in December.
