Geez...going into every week with so much hope only yo have it crushed is really hard!

I just saw the updated USCIS timeline....that was disheartening. in a month +7 days, they only moved 21 days "officially". Still processing August according to them. Aug 23, 2014 officially....

This makes me want to scream, cry, and kick something...

I hadn't been watching the official processing time updates. This is a joke, but nothing to laugh about.

What about the late August filers still waiting? We were in this situation a month ago when they updated their timeline and cut it off two days before our filing date, when we were already at around 215 days. It just shoots you straight through the heart. You really have to experience this journey to understand how it affects the people suffering in the broken system. It's just cruel and heartless.

I know, I can't even imagine how they feel. I didn't expect personally for the date to affect me, but I thought for sure the date would be at least 9/1 or 9/2 and the late August filers would be able to at least file an inquiry. I did post on their timeline as well, so that anyone before that date knows that they can "officially" inquire, not that it will probably do much good.

Hoping to hear something in the next few weeks, because at this rate, I won't be able to inquire until June! At least with VJ we know that they are at least working on some September cases, which shed's a little bit of hope - I could only imagine how I would feel with only the USCIS site to go on, and no one who understood what I was going through.

Well this is the issue. We would only have been able to formally inquire as of today's update. It's completely unreasonable. I didn't expect to feel so protective and angry about the injustice to the others waiting after we had been approved, but after living through the hell of TSC we know all too well how it affects every waking and sleeping (if you're lucky) moment. :(

Am sorry but i think they're incompetent!I thought the transfer was supposed to be making a difference but i'm yet to see ANY type of approvement!NADA!!!!ZILCH!!!Then they updated the site to August...C'mon now

There was no claim the transfer would make any improvement for anyone in the queue already. As a matter of fact, I believe someone a few days ago got confirmation that it would only affect new applications.

Also, just to clear up the confusion, it's not a 1 time transfer. New applications will be routed to service centers based on workload and not the applicant's home state.

We all know that that processing time doesn't mean much. I'm not losing any more sleep over it tonight than I was last night. Everyone in this thread will be processed soon. As far as not being able to put in a service request, I don't think that does you much good anyways unless you are way outside of the stated times.

(I called it on what the new times would be and caught hell on here btw)

Only hope is that you know how they always update it to a specific date but in reality they're approving way beyond the posted time? Like it said August 2nd but we did get a lot of late August filers approved and some September. So maybe it officially says August 23rd but they are going to approve the rest of September. Who knows. I honestly just keep making assumptions and excuses but this is out of control and I cannot take it anymore. I feel like there's a huge aggresion building up in me. I am exhauste and tired as all of you guys.

I am not quite getting one thing, why do they post an update as of Feb 28th even though is a month and half later? We are obliged to think they are further away with the petitions since it's freaking April already; even not having this small percentage of insight via VJ we could figure out this "data" is not accurate.
