Hi Guys

It seems we are getting impatient. we know that the I-130 NOA2 will be cleared after 5-6 months.

We were trying to check the case status at www.uscis.gov but that says "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283."

And yesterday my wife USC tried calling Customer Service Centre and she could not get to the live agent. All she got was to Automated Customer Service Center and it also said the same thing as mentioned above.

Note : Our case is at Nebraska Centre and We received NOA 1 on Sept 11 2014.

Question is are we getting impatient (we are super worried guys)?

Do any one have had any such incident? (is this normal)

Also What is the contact number for Nebraska Centre ? And what is their opening and closing hrs?

Is there any alternative ways of contacting Nebraska Service Centre?

Do we have anyone out here who have filed their I-130 for Cr1 in Sept. 2014?

I look forward to hear from you guys. We are so stressed about Visa. I know everyone here is dealing the same situation like us in different stage and we are not the new ones who is stressed and feeling weepy and sad being away from love one.

Look forward to hear from you.

Thank you

***Moved from IR-1/CR-1 Progress Reports to USCIS Service Centers forum; topic is about service center operations.***

**Moderator hat off**

You can't contact a service center directly to inquire about your case.

Question is are we getting impatient (we are super worried guys)? Yes that 5 to 6 months is their goal and estimate it can take longer or shorter.

Do any one have had any such incident? (is this normal)? Is what normal calling or the time frame. Yes to both

Also What is the contact number for Nebraska Centre ? And what is their opening and closing hrs? http://www.uscis.gov/about-us/contact-us/national-customer-service-center

Is there any alternative ways of contacting Nebraska Service Centre? No. You are calling USCIS you have the number there is only one number

My suggestion call during less peak hours of the day.
