I filed in Jan. as well. I recieved my NOA1 Jan. 17th.

They stated they are sending it from Texas to California.

Last touched Jan. 19th.

Nothing since then. But yeah Cant Wait!

I think I would be alittle surprised in anybody from January got 'touched' yet, although stranger things have happened I guess...

Hi everyone, I have been on pins and needles, because I had to file my K1 with a waiver (due to a previously filed K1). It's still pretty much new territory and I was afraid of massive RFE's or even a denial.

I woke up to an email from USCIS our case was approved. What a relief - and without any touches or RFE's.

I know its VSC and I don't mean to boast or anything, just with the waiver and all I was really scared. So I wanted to say for any others that might have filed with a waiver (since the new IMBRA law). That you can get approved.

Rock on NSC and CSC...I'm routing for all of us!!!!

Don't worry, you are not boasting. It isn't your fault that Vermont is so much faster than California. The rest of us will just continue to wait. Good luck to you...

Hello everyone. My sweetie and I send in our packet on January 3, 2007 to the California Service Center. They received it on January 5, 2007. Our NOA has a notice date of January 9, 2007. We are just like everyone else well most everyone else except the blessed people filing in Vermont. Anyway nice to meet everyone.
