WOW!!! What a happy day here at VJ! CONGRATULATIONS to all of you who received your NOA2 today....seriously almost cried when I read all those approvals.

Take heart (easy for me to say, I know), but today is Wednesday and they usually have a good last 3 days of the week. And with SO much good news today, and 2 days left this week - perhaps there's even more action just around the corner!

Okay its 12:41 am here in Germany and I just checked my email and we got our approval emails at 8:40pm!!!!!!! Looks like they really are working!

Whats the tally now? How many did they roll out today?

Yeah -- I called on Monday. Spoke to a person who told me since it was only two weeks since I was approved, to wait another two weeks and call again.

I have a thread in the "Foreign Embassy and Consulate General Discussion" forum asking other recent CSCers if they've moved on to the NVC yet. Maybe I should bump it.

I've seen many people take less than a month to get into and out of NVC lately, so I would just keep on them and see if you can catch it as it leaves.

I just did a timeline search for the 1/26 NOA1s, there are nine, four have NOA2 approvals. Am I being unduly impatient and concerned? What number did you call?

we got our approval emailed to us today (ie, NOA2)!!!!

called my fiance as soon as i saw the email (about 1pm for me, MST) and he was just as excited as i was. i know it varies for everyone depending on where they live, but approximately how long from the time the NOA2 is sent out to the time the packet is received from the consulate (for the medical, etc)? i'm planning to go to wichita about may 17 for a couple weeks, and i'm thinking my packet will be arriving sometime while i'm gone...
