I called them twice this week, lol, but they just have exactly the same info we do and the same system. So if the CSC doesnt update it, costumer service wont know. :hehe:

Bummer....sorry I thought there was maybe a way to go around the system. :(

The weight of the absent approval is crushing me.

I got an intent to deny with an rfe for a waiver....you may be getting just a request for evidence...I am pretty sure the wont deny you...maybe the need some papers...check your mail......they never changed my status....and then sent that letter

Wait, you've HAD some action, then? Even if it's not so good? Give us an update on what's going on with your situation, please!

As for the thought that it might pop up in the snail mail without an email notification ever going out - I'm trying not to hope for that either. BUT, I will say that today and tomorrow I'll be extra anxious for the mail to come since the NOA1 letter arrived about a week after the date it lists receipt on the site and my touches were about a week ago.

Basically, it's all-eyes-on-all-inboxes right now.

A NOA2 has been issued to a Feb NOA1 filer today....talk about a slap in the face for us Jan filers that have been waiting forever.

well I am happy for the two whose K1 was approved. But I wonder if my application is sitting in the wrong box that has been forgotten somewhere next to the desk of an officer who quit ... :angry:

I wonder if it is an update issue. My congressman checked on my K1 and said that I was approved on Monday. But I don't have an NOA2. I was touched on Monday and Tuesday.

what's up?!?!?! timsdaisy doesn't have their noa2 yet?!?!?!? it's got to be coming very soon...and for carla-justin and furure mrs...

I hope so :unsure: Do you guys think maybe there is a posibility that Scarlett07-TimsDaisy-Homer&Marge and me have got approved but they just forgot to update the system???????? I know it has happened several times b4, and since the USCIS costumer service has the same information we have, they didnt if we already got it....?????????? :unsure:
