Well damn, I was expecting to come here today and see that all my January friends with recent touches had turned into pumpkins (er, I mean NOA2s).

what's up?!?!?! timsdaisy doesn't have their noa2 yet?!?!?!? it's got to be coming very soon...and for carla-justin and furure mrs...

I hope so :unsure: Do you guys think maybe there is a posibility that Scarlett07-TimsDaisy-Homer&Marge and me have got approved but they just forgot to update the system???????? I know it has happened several times b4, and since the USCIS costumer service has the same information we have, they didnt if we already got it....?????????? :unsure:

I was wondering that myself. I got two touches in a row and so far nothing today. I hope they've all been approved and just being snail mailed. I hope so! Although it would be a relief to stop obsessively checking email...

01/29/2007 NOA1!

02/26/2007 Became officially engaged in Rome:)

05/03/2007 NOA2!!!

07/20/2007 Visa Interview in London! Approved!!

10/04/2007 Small private wedding!

04/19/2008 Big fancy shmancy wedding!

AOS Timeline:

10/18/2007 Sent entire AOS, EAD, AP package to Chicago

10/19/2007 Package received in Chicago- signed for by V Bustamante

10/25/2007 NOA1 for AOS, EAD, and AP.

10/26/2007 Check cashed.

11/28/2007 Biometrics appointment in Denver.

12/17/2007 EAD card production ordered!

12/27/2007 EAD card arrives.

12/31/2007 AP approved.

01/07/2008 AP received.

02/01/2008 AOS interview in Denver. APPROVED!

02/11/2008 Green Card received in mail!

That is QUITE possible (just ask my non-friend, fwaguy :P ). But if you're like me, I wasn't able to 'go there' and get my hopes up. Just the pessimist in me, I guess!

I wonder if one of you (Scarlett07, et. al) would call the CSC customer "dis-service" number if they would just give you the same info as what is online? I seem to remember something about someone here doing the same thing. Not having seeing a status update, but repeated touches....and when they called they were told they had an RFE coming but the system was not updated. It's just too many people w/ a few touches and no action....makes me think maybe there is something wrong w/ the online system. I mean VJ is a small % of those out there applying like us...but its just too many VJ end of Jan filers that are getting touched w/ nothing.

Just a thought....

In reference to the above.... I received the e-mail notification from the USCIS case status service (CRIS) two weeks after I received the hard copy NOA2 letter via the USPS... So yes, anything is possible....

Got another touch and I think NOA2 this morning. It says our application has been approved on the status. Is that NOA2?

    May 27, 2006 - Tim left Hong Kong to study in Beijing
    July 8, 2006 - Tim returned to Hong Kong to annoy Florence
    August 8, 2006 - Tim had to go back to school in U.S.
    December 18, 2006 - Tim returned to Hong Kong to spend holidays with Florence
    January 6, 2007 - Florence accepted Tim's begging plea to marry him and had engagement dinner
    January 13, 2007 - Tim had to go back to school again :(
    January 15, 2007 - Started putting together all the documents for the I-129F filing
    January 18, 2007 - Sent to Nebraska Service Center via overnight USPS - expensive :( - but fast :)
    January 24, 2007 - NOA1 Issued
    January 27, 2007 - NOA1 Received by Mail
    May 1, 2007 - Touched
    May 1, 2007 - NOA2
    May 2, 2007 - Touched
    May 13, 2007 - Tim went to HK to visit Florence
    May 22, 2007 - Package sent from NVC to HK Consulate
    June 6, 2007 - Florence received packet 3
    June 8, 2007 - Florence finished filling out packet 3
    June 9. 2007 - Florence went for medical exam and to request police certificate
    June 16, 2007 - Florence got interview scheduling letter from HK Consulate
    July 12, 2007 - Interview at Hong Kong Consulate for Florence, successful
    July 22, 2007 - Florence came to U.S.
    September 15, 2007 - We had our wedding!
    Now working on the AOS papers.

Still nothing.

The weight of the absent approval is crushing me.

I got an intent to deny with an rfe for a waiver....you may be getting just a request for evidence...I am pretty sure the wont deny you...maybe the need some papers...check your mail......they never changed my status....and then sent that letter

I called them twice this week, lol, but they just have exactly the same info we do and the same system. So if the CSC doesnt update it, costumer service wont know. :hehe:
