1/16/07 NOA1 from CSC

4/2 - 4/3/07 touches

No change of status online, no approval email

4/7/07 NOA 2 shows up in the mail

4/27/07 NVC In

5/2/07 NVC Out

Approved!!! :) I got approved before my Twin brother and his NOA-1 date is 3 days before mine, "01-05-07", wonder why i got aproved first when his notice date was before mine? oh well his should be coming soon? . We both are filling K1 visa's for our fiance's which are both from the Philippines, Manila and Cebu philippines.

12-22-06- I-129 mailed to CSC

12-29-06- received

01-08-07- NOA-1

03-26-07-NOA-2 Approved!!!!

25 minutes ago I decide to check my file online and it always says the same thing..."Filed Jan 12th"..Well, 5 minutes ago my blackberry starts vibrating so I think it's from my girl overseas, but wouldn't you know it, it's an approval email!!! I couldn't believe it. I was thinking at least one more week but I will take it!!

Congratulations on your approval! That blackberry kills the suspense! :whistle::lol:

7/27/07: Mailed AOS package to Chicago Lockbox via USPS

7/29/07: Package was delivered to Chicago Lockbox (Day 1)

8/30/07: NOA1 received (I-485, I-765, I-131)(Day 33)

9/4/07: Checks Cleared (Day 38)

10/5/07: Biometrics (Day 69)

10/18/07: AP & EAD Approved (Day 82)

1/9/08: AOS Interview (Day 165)

1/9/08: RFE, need to provide I-693A (Day 165)

2/7/08: I-485 Approved (Day 194)

Well guys on Monday it will be exactly 90 days and you talk about getting worried. I am so worried I am starting to have bad dreams. I am still looking for that NOA2. Can someone tell me where it is?

I feel your pain, girl. By 90 days, I was expecting it anytime. Took us another month yet past that before we got ours. I sure hope you're not as unlucky as we were.

I am soo tired of constantly re-checking my case status to see not even a touch! Yes I know January has started blah, blah, blah... I am happy for those who have received their NOA2s and/or on towards their final destinations! I guess I am just tires, senioritus, I am less than one month away from graduating from ASU. How do we get through this strenuous process???? I love my man and he is certainly worth it but I can't help feeling lonely from time to time and sneaking a glance at the hot new neighbor! lmao i just can't wait to hear some good news!

GO GO GO for ALL January NOA2s!!!!!

I know, you were so right! I envy you for your patience and wisdom. Did you ever go nuts?

Of course I did, Sarah. I knew the process was long and complicated and I chose to check only once a week to keep my sanity. And once it heads to the embassy, you move more in Jamaican time which is much more frustrating. In the meantime, I concentrated on getting things as ready as I could and like you, I work two jobs so that always kept me busy.

I-751 timeline

3/05/10 - mailed I-751 packet

3/12/10 - arrived at CSC

3/16/10 - online status, NOA mailed but no mail received

3/18/10 - Check cashed

4/15/10 - biometric appointment (notice recv'd in mail - 4/01/10)

4/16/10 - touched

4/18/10 - I-485 & EAD touched????

5/03/10 - Card production ordered

5/11/10 - letter of Approval received in the mail

5/26/10 - email received "letter of Approval" sent in the mail... not yet received till now 6/8/10

7/07/10 - called USCIS why green card has not received yet

7/09/10 - email from USCIS stating that they already sent the GC on May 25th and undeliverable,

adviced to apply for I-90 as it might have been lost in mail

7/25/10 - mailed application for I-90 (replacement of lost or stolen card)

9/16/10 - biometric appointment

9/20/10 - touched

9/21/10 - touched

Congratulations everyone!!!

I know there are a few that will be filing at the Embassy in Bucharest Romania. They will open provisional file via email with scanned copy of NOA2 and your fiances address. The fiance cannot send checklist back until embassy receives information from NVC but it helps to have it all ready.

Oh and you will find Romania on some old lists of countries where Police Certificates are unavailable. They are available and take approximately two weeks to get in Bucharest. This is for Romanians but you can usually email the embassy and find out fastest way to open provisional after NOA2.

Hello all. I have read this site on and off for a while. I signed up today just so that I could share some more information for all those waiting. I have not had time yet to fully explore this site and the timeline section. But, to let Jan. filers know, I mailed my K1 on Jan 8 (I think). It was officially recieved on Jan 12 in Nebraska. Sent to California and the last update showed 1-17-07, until 11 am EST this morning, and I now have a "touch". I now have a 4/04/07 last update page. I surely hope a NOA2 comes very soon!! I felt the need to join here simply to share the news with any other couples waiting for their "last update" to change. I know how it is so frustrating to see NO change day after day!!!
