My package was received in Nebraska on the 17th and still haven't received my NOA1 yet. I had to send a money order since checks aren't really available in Thailand, so I don't know if its been cashed. I'm hoping it is just taking so long because it takes a long time to post something to Thailand.

The Money order should have a number to call on the back. If you call that and give them the numbers and amount on the front they will probably be able to tell you if it cleared. It is says Integrated Payment Systems I know they can tell you. I used money order too. I don't even have checks because I play everything online.

Hi

We filed in Jan, NOA1 Feb 5th but nothing seems to have happebed since.... should we have seen some movement by now? What about "touches"? The USCIS site has just said "received and pending" since 5th Feb.

Many thanks folks, this is soooo frustrating and we're only a month or so in (since received at least).

Good luck to everyone, I hope you're getting everything sorted.

I think that's about normal Uzume. We had our NOA1 on January 29 and I'm not expecting NOA2 or touches for awhile, hopefully by the end of April.

Based on recent movement, the magic number seems to be about 80%. Also, note that there is NO CSC/TSC/NSC distinction for the K1 when monitoring NOA2s; some people are ignoring valid data in their results.

Thanks for the information. I have not had any touches yet either. I am at the beginning of January that I received my NOA1. I have not heard anything as of yet. Just wanted to tell everyone to hang in there. We all should be hearing something very soon.

My I-129 arrived in Vermont on January 8 and still nothing. I called today and they told me to just keep on waiting and that they are processing cases from September. What should I do? After it gets approved up here it will be another 2-3 years for the Visa to get approved in the Dominican Republic. I can't WAIT

Can you show me where to get those percentages from? I would like to update this thread daily with percentages. To give us some kind of light at the end of the tunnel, because now I only see nothing.

I did a search for records using the following criteria

Search result for

Visa Type : [K1], Service Center : [All], Beneficiaries Country : [All], Consulate/Embassy : [All], I129F NOA 1 After 2006-12-01, I129F NOA 1 Before 2006-12-31, Local Office : [All]

I come up with 96 total records with 76 of them having NOA2. If my math is right I come up with 78% Approved for December. That is all Service Centers.

For CSC I got 52 total and 37 with NOA2 which I believe is 71% complete. So that would mean we need 5 more approved to reach the magic 80%. Soon January fliers will have their turn.

Of course we have no idea the real numbers but I think this site is giving a good estimation.
