Howdy all,

I wanted to share an experience. After we sent in our petition, and got our case number from the back of the check, I began religiously typing the numbers into the USCIS's online case status page in hopes of getting a good "touch". I did this because I had rather face that task than to risk receiving e-mails from the USCIS telling me how they could help me increase my ####### size or breast size, whichever I preferred. Well, just when I was feeling about as nutty as a Desmond in a hatch the smarter half of this dynamic duo decided to sign up for e-mail alerts and create a portfolio. Lo and behold, we were "touched" way back on January 31st! Now, granted, having a look at our dates suggests this was just a "package shoved on the bottom of the pile touch", but it was still a "touch" we missed all along. Moral of the story, make sure you've got yourself one of those nifty portfolios with the USCIS.

Anyone know how many of the December filers that filed at CSC have been approved already? Any percentages?? I'm a January filer with the hopes of getting the December filers approved ASAP, that way mine will get approved faster!

I think around 40% have approvals, with the latest Dec filer approved being Dec 21. Come on Dec. filers!!!!!!

Hey fellow Jans!

I am loving seeing the December NOA2 posts! Go Decembers go! I'm happy for you - now get the heck out of the way!

If you check out the latest updates here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=56822 - you see Decembers at around 40%, including one late December filer who cleared CSC in 70 days! (I can't believe that seems short to me, but it does).

Movement of any kind makes me feel better. Hang in there gang - I agree that March Movement Madness doesn't seem like an unrealistic hope.

I'm getting more and more excited with every Dec approval (even thougth I'm at the very end of January)! I also want to think it will go fast because there were less Dec filers than Nov filers. And there are less Jan filers than Dec filers. If that makes sense. I know there are many other petitions at CSC from non-VJers, but I just hope it will go fast.

I'm guessing another 2-3 weeks before January filers start seeing NOA2's.....according to the timelines....so hurry up and get your NOA2 december people.

Hee.. We could not wait for our petition to get updated.. We're looking forward for our RFE and settle the complete papers right away (just in case..).
