Congrats on the new approvals and interview dates!

Teddy and I got married last week!!! : ) and we filled our AOS, EAD, AP last week. We had a few minor issues come up with his varicella vaccine(proper vaccine administration/spacing), and SSN (new changes inimmigration making it not possible to verify via SAVE)- I posted it yesterday in the AOS section; the link is below.

Congrats, George and reese! Good news for you both. Turns out my trip won't be full of moaning and whining after all. We got an interview date for July 31. Looks like we'll barely make the planned wedding date of August 11!!!

Hi Everybody!

Congratulations on recent visa approvals, interview dates and a wedding! Yahoo!!! Way to go, Jan Filers! :dance:

I'm quite busy now with work and planning our little wedding. Howard and I cannot be happier! We got our marriage license last Thursday and my wedding band last Saturday.

I'm gathering all the forms and docs for AOS as we want to send it off right after the wedding, before July 30. Well, just wanted to stop by and say Hi. Not much time for VJ anymore. I miss you guys! Good luck with all that's still ahead of you! :thumbs:

It is 1:20 am PST, I received a call from Anna stating that she just completed her Interview at the Kyiv Embassy.

She was approved and we are both happy. smile.gif

She stated that they did not ask her any questions what so ever. :wacko:

I can sense how happy she is with the interview as well as relieved that it is done.

She now waits to travel back home to Mariupol and my arrival on August 2.

Tim got his visa delivered this morning. Now, except for a bit of extra work left to do, all that's needed is the plane ticket!

Just make sure you give him a strongly worded warning about calling you BEFORE he rips open the mailing for the Embassy after he gets APPROVED on Friday! There seems to be an epidemic (well, where epidemic = 2) of british boys going blind to words like "do not open" stamped on envelopes! :blush:

Oh I have warned him a hundred times about the brown envelope. I think he gets the point! How long before Tim gets his back from the embassy?
