Julie

Thank you, Julie! If I were you, I'd give it a try and called the CSC. We got an online status update and "CRIS approval" email the day after we called. They said they were sending a duplicate NOA2 by regular mail too. Hopefully it will come soon.

These are the prompts we used calling USCIS to get to a representative at the CSC (oh, and it should be the USC calling, they won't tell any info to the beneficiary):

* 1 for English,

* 2 for main menu,

* 2 for reporting an issue,

* 4 for more evidence,

* then 2, 1,

* then entered our case number (with the WAC at the beginning, that is 922+10 digits).

* then it took us to a representative in the service center.

Just noticed our interview dates are the same. Good luck!!!!

I just got my NOA2 hard copy. It'll come...

Yeah, that's right about the interview date! And we also had the medical done on the same day, how funny! Good luck at the interview to you guys as well!! We are getting there! Yippee!! I'm flying home next Saturday if everything goes well - hopefully it will! :thumbs:

Best of luck. Call to find out the status and where your application is in the system. I'm sure all is OK, or you would have an RFE or received a denial with a reason. Many of us were zapped by a slowdown. It's likely your application is one of the last to go through.

So, we haven't gotten any notice of the NOA2, but we received all the papers from the NVC, and the US Consulate in Canada. We called CSC (I used your prompts! -Thanks!!) and the man we spoke to said it was approved on May 1st. He said that there was probably a "glitch" in the system which is why we never received a hard copy or even email for our NOA2. He said he would send one out right away.

Congrats on the recent approvals, NOA hard copies, and interviews! I am waiting for an email from Kingston to let me know whether or not they received Marlon's DS-230 part 1 as he sent it last week! I did get an email from them yesterday stating that they got our case from the NVC and they mailed Marlon a packet 3. Just waiting for an interview date! :blink:

Hi my fellow January filers!

I had my interview yesterday and I got approved! :dance:

You can read my full review in the Embassy reviews section:

Howard and I are both so excited I'll be home on Saturday!! Then we'll get busy planning our 7/20 wedding and preparing the AOS papers - we want to file those before the 7/30 fee increase.

I'm as happy as never to be going to live with my Sweetie without counting months, weeks and days left before we have to part again. But I'm also sad to leave my family and friends here. It hurts me to see their sad faces full of tears...

Well, I wish everybody luck with their interviews and see you all in the AOS section! :thumbs:

Congratulations!!! Oh, it must feel so good to be over with the wait. I'm also sorry your feeling sad about leaving your family. I can't say I understand, because I won't be leaving mine. Barney is feeling the same way though. It must be very difficult. Hang in there, I bet you will feel better once your home and have the (physical) support of your SO. Take care, Jen

Hello everyone. I hope you are all doing well. I haven't posted for a while. I have to say, I'm starting to feel in a bit of a slump again. We got approved on the 5th, but NVC still hasn't received our case. The whole day by day wait, check, wait is once again wearing me out. I thought it was supposed to get easier once you are approved, and things would move faster??? UGHHHH.
