Silly question... I filed in Jan but got my NOA1 on Feb 1st. Am I Jan or Feb??? I'm a janbruary!!! hehe

Recieved NOA1's for all Sept 23 or 24 '07

Bio appt. Oct. 24 '07

EAD/AP approved Nov 26 '07

Got the AP Dec. 3 '07

AOS interview Feb 7th (5 days after the 1 year anniversary of our K1 NOA1!

Stuck in FBI name checks...

Got the GC July '08

Invitation for all January filers to post in this tread. The purpose for us January filers to keep each others updated. Updated on NOA1's & NOA2's etc. If we know one of us gets a NOA2....then the rest of us have just a short time to wait.

1/22/07: I-129F sent to CSC

1/23/07: I-129F packet received and signed for at 9:45A.M.!!

I'm waiting for the NOA1

10/18/2007 Sent entire AOS, EAD, AP package to Chicago

10/19/2007 Package received in Chicago- signed for by V Bustamante

10/25/2007 NOA1 for AOS, EAD, and AP.

10/26/2007 Check cashed.

12/17/2007 EAD card production ordered!

12/27/2007 EAD card arrives.

Well to tell you the truth I believe anything is possible. I have been watching the November and December members and it seems it is December members turn for NOA2's and some January members that filed in Vermont. But who knows maybe we will be a little different and share with December members. :D

05-16-2008 - AP status shows up online - both AP & AOS are touched!

06-05-2008 - AP touched and email sent saying AP has been approved

Just an update for all of you... There are only 22 November filers left without NOA2 and if USCIS will keep on showering approvals this week, they might start working on us - December filers - :dance: Let's all hope and pray for speedy process!

I have no touches; Received noa1 around the 6-8th. First few weeks of waiting was really hard; Now I'm pretty calm about the situation.

07/??/00: Met Fiance

05/??/06: Rekindled with fiance

10/20/06: Proposed, with a yes!

12/23/06: Met fiance in person after over 6 years

12/24/06: Engagement party in Vietnam

01/01/07: Went back to America

01/03/07: I-129F Sent to CSC

01/08/07: NOA1

03/26/07: NOA2

04/04/07: NVC Receives case

04/13/07: HCM Consulate Receives physical file

04/24/07: HCM Sends Out Packet 3

05/03/07: Packet 3 Received

05/07/07: Packet 3 Sent

06/23/07: Packet 4 Received FROM honest neighbor BLOCKS away (sent to wrong address, actual receive date ???)
