after At NVC you'll get In Transit - Mean that's why package is being left NVC and is being sent to the embassy

after In Transit you'll get Ready - Mean that's the embassy has received the docs from NVC

after Ready you'll get Visa Issued - Visa Issued or in rare cases you'll get Administrative Processing - require to send some missing docs in and will take time to review or they are doing some background check
