I am pretty much done with the application of AOS. Here are the cover letters that are for I-485 package and I-130 package. I was holding F-1 student visa when I married to my husband. Please let me know if I miss any documents, thanks a lot!

I think (maybe another Vjer can chime in) that you may need to have your full medical done here by a civil surgeon. You only put "documentation of immunization" on your cover page so this led me to say this. If you came on a K1 visa (which you did not) then you only need the I-963a vaccination supplement because we had already gotten a medical done less than a year ago by a surgeon. If you have never had a medical done - I think you need to get one before sending away. What do the rest of you guys thing??

I'm not sure if you need to include the mortgage, light bill etc, but I am not sure. Also if you are not using assets as part of the I-864, you don't need to include checking account information.

Looks like everything needed is included though.

02/26/2007 - ------EAD received

Removal of Conditions:

05/12/2009 -- Overnighted application by USPS express mail (VSC).

05/14/2009 -- Green Card expired.

05/23/2009 --- Check cleared bank.

05/26/2009 -- Received NOA (NOA date May 15, 2009, guess they aren't deporting me).

05/29/2009- Biometrics Notice date

06/01/2009- Received Biometrics Letter

06/18/2009 - Biometrics

09/23/2009 - date of decision to approve (letter received), just waiting for card. No online updates whatsoever.
