I think (maybe another Vjer can chime in) that you may need to have your full medical done here by a civil surgeon. You only put "documentation of immunization" on your cover page so this led me to say this. If you came on a K1 visa (which you did not) then you only need the I-963a vaccination supplement because we had already gotten a medical done less than a year ago by a surgeon. If you have never had a medical done - I think you need to get one before sending away. What do the rest of you guys thing??

Great job! I didnt notice it!!

I have my "full medical exam" done few days ago and got the paperwork today. It cost me $270 plus the cost of x-ray. (hope our insurance will cover the x-ray cost)

Other than that, anything missing?

I'm not sure if you need to include the mortgage, light bill etc, but I am not sure. Also if you are not using assets as part of the I-864, you don't need to include checking account information.

Looks like everything needed is included though.
