Welcome roslle!

I was out of town and today got back home, the four NOA's were waiting in the mailbox for me. I most likely got them Friday. Something that caught my attention is that I had an A# back when I requested my first EAD for OPT and someone told me that A# are "for life" so I used it in my applications but on my NOA's there's a new A#.A little puzzled about that.

Hello all!

Got our NOA1 (text and email notifications)... I have a question though, my husband got all 4 different case number notifications and I didn't get any..we only attached 2 G1145 forms (for the I-130 and I-485). I put my email and tel number in the from I 485 and my husband put his email and tel nr in the I 130. Is this normal procedure that they do so they wont have to send separate notifications?

Thank you and have a good day everyone!

Yes it seems to be normal. We did the same thing, 2 G1145 forms with different emails and phones (petitioner and applicant), and everything is coming to my phone number/email. Don't worry.

We submitted to Chicago lock-box on the 16th october,2014.

We got an e mail and and a code 0n 22nd October,2014.

We got a letter in the mail of the same message about our case.Case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing.

We did a mistake of not sending our medical report with the package but was advised to wait for a REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE.

On tracking my case at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard. How do we get to know the right service center to use to track my case?

Had our biometrics appointment today. Wife was in the emergency room last night so I was already afraid that we were going to miss this morning's appointment. So somewhere in the process of getting there we forgot our marriage license!! We were both really tired from yesterday but of course we didn't want to miss this so that's probably why.

Anyways, when we got there they sent us back to get it because in her app we applied with my last name but her license has her maiden name. So we had to go back and show that. It was very fast once we got back with the marriage license.

It seems that the new case-status interface also pushed back the dates by 4 days... Before the new website my cases statuses had october 2nd for receipt, now it says october 6th...

Nothing yet! Trying to be patient but it's hard! lol. I was peeking in the September filers and saw some timelines of people getting status updates 7-10 days after biometrics. It's been a week for me now so hopefully we'll hear something soon.
