Hmm well I've seen a trailer for Basic Instinct 2 just now (very NSFW!) and it looks like she is naked in some bits but the really full body ones are farther away so could be a body double. There was an article on the Sun about it but it's expired so I can't like up to it. Dunno how true it is though.

There is an X-rated type trailer for the film on the Net where she is naked throughout and she look fantastic. But real life photos taken of her in recent months shows us that she pretty much looks like a drag queen now, wearingtwo much makeup to hide her age. Sometimes she looks downright frightening.

But in the film she will look great because of masterful makeup artists and good lighting/photography.

By the way, the film she did with Sly Stallone a over a decade ago, THE SPECIALIST, is on Showtime right now in High Def and her bod in that film was smoking. Her face was still holding up as well. Watching her naked on a 95 inch screen in High Def is a good way to pass the time. Film sucks to high heaven though. Laughable script. Worse direction. What a POS. Only Stone's body and James Woods come out OK.
