IV Package Documents - 2 queries

I am finishing up the IV package documents for my husband (beneficiary). I have a few questions please:

1) Do I include any documents about myself as the sponsor/petitioner

- Birth Certificate?

- Passport photocopy?

Or is it all only for the beneficiary? I don't want to miss anything and get a letter later asking for something.

2) Does the beneficiary need to sign anything? I can have him sign the cover letter? We can both sign it to be sure? Or is it not required at all?

1. Only for the beneficiary and course your marriage certificate plus a photocopy

2. I signed mine and I'm the petitioner. My wife didn't have to sign

1) nothing for petitioner for CR1 case

2) Nothing needed honestly.
